Our Process

1.Consultation & gown assessment

We begin with a professional evaluation of your gown’s fabric, structure, and condition. This allows us to determine the most appropriate preservation approach. You’ll receive guidance tailored specifically to your dress.

2. Ordering your custom keepsake kit

A custom preservation kit is ordered to suit your gown’s materials and detailing. Each kit is selected with longevity in mind. Only industry-approved materials are used.

3. Careful folding with acid-free materials.

Your gown is gently prepared and folded using acid-free tissue. Delicate areas are carefully supported to prevent stress and discoloration. Every detail is handled with precision.

4. Secure heirloom boxing for long-term storage.

The gown is placed in a structured heirloom preservation box. This protects it from light, dust, and environmental exposure. It is then ready for long-term keepsake storage.
