Terms & Conditions

Courtné Pinder Couturier

By booking any service, you agree to the following terms.

    • A signed agreement and required deposit must be received before any work begins.

    • No work will start unless the required deposit has been paid.

    • Consultation fees are non-refundable and final.

    • Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

    • All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

    • 25% of the quoted deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

    • Completion timelines are based on current workload and client responsiveness.

    • Garments must be collected within 14 days of completion unless otherwise arranged.

  • (Formal, Bridal, Cocktail, Accessories)

    Deposits & Payments

    • A 75% deposit is required to secure your booking.

    • No work will begin until the 75% deposit is received.

    • The remaining balance is due before final delivery or collection.

    Design & Changes

    • Once materials are purchased and fabric has been cut, no cancellations or major design changes are permitted.

    • Any changes after fabric has been cut must be minimal and related only to fit adjustments.

    • Design approvals are final once confirmed by the client.

    Materials

    • If the client supplies fabric, Courtné Pinder Couturier is not responsible for fabric flaws, shortages, or performance issues.

    • Additional materials requested after approval will incur additional charges.

  • Deposits & Payments

    • A 50% deposit is required before alterations begin.

    • No work will start without the 50% deposit.

    • Final balance is due at or before collection.

    Fittings & Adjustments

    • Clients must attend scheduled fittings on time.

    • Additional fittings outside of the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

    • Alteration pricing may increase if the scope of work changes after the first fitting.

    Responsibility

    • Courtné Pinder Couturier is not responsible for damage caused by prior alterations or garment construction defects.

    • Full payment is required before preservation begins.

    • Preservation timelines vary based on gown condition.

    • The company is not responsible for stains that have permanently set prior to submission.

    • Once preservation is completed, results are considered final.

    • A 75% deposit is required before embroidery production begins.

    • Final payment is due prior to delivery or installation.

    • Digitized embroidery files remain the property of Courtné Pinder Couturier unless otherwise agreed.

    • Design approvals must be confirmed in writing before stitching begins.

    • Once embroidery production has started, no changes or cancellations are permitted.

    • Full payment is required before steaming services are rendered.

    • Steaming does not guarantee removal of permanent creases caused by long-term storage.

    • Courtné Pinder Couturier is not responsible for fabric sensitivity issues due to manufacturer defects.

  • (Bridal & Formal)

    Booking & Payment

    • • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.

    • • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding/event date.

    • • Dates are not reserved without payment.

    Scope of Service

    • • Includes professional dressing assistance, fastening, bustling, veil placement, light steaming, and final adjustments.

    • • Service time is limited to the agreed booking window. Additional time may incur hourly fees.

    Responsibility

    • • Courtné Pinder Couturier is not responsible for garment defects, damages, or alterations performed by other providers.

    • • Client must provide a clean, safe working environment and adequate space for dressing.

    • Consultation fees are strictly non-refundable.

    • 25% of all required deposits are non-refundable.

    • Once materials are purchased or fabric has been cut, cancellations are not permitted.

    Payments made toward completed work are non-refundable.

  • Payment of any deposit or invoice confirms that the client has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
